Product Status Emails: We can send emails (if opted) on Tuesdays and Fridays to our customers informing them of their product status. Backup: We take extra care with your valuable collection
by securely keeping a digital backup for a 30 day period from the date
we ship your order back to you. This ensures that you have not lost anything
even in the case of the courier truck losing its load or any other misadventure.
