Ordering

You don't have to come to us! - Just put your things together and mail them to us.

We have designed forms for your convenient ordering. Just print out the forms and fill them up by following the instructions given below and on the forms.

Video Services

1. Put your name and the tape title on the label of the cassette.
2. Fully rewind the cassette and set the counter to zero, write down the exact time in "hh:mm:ss" format of the beginning of your video footage (It may be a few seconds after the tape begins to move).
3. In order to customise your DVDs we will need the exact time of the events (hh:mm:ss) as they appear on your tape counter. Write down the exact time of these locations from beginning to end in the order form.
4. Write down the total time of your footage, i.e. end time on the tape counter.
5. Rewind the tape before it is sent to us.

Audio Services

Audio Cassettes

1. Put your name and the tape title on the label of the cassette.
2. Please specify the number of tracks in the order form.
3. If the cassette is a personal speech or similar recording and you would like to split the coverage in tracks, please do the following:
   • Fully rewind the cassette.
   • Write down the beginning and end of tape recording that you would like to appear as a track on the CD.
   • Rewind the cassette before sending.

Vinyls / Record

1. Put your name and the tape title on the label of the cassette.
2. Please specify the number of tracks in the order form.

 

General Instructions for All Services

Please notify us by email or phone when you send off your tapes, photos, documents or any other media to avail our services and we will reply as soon as we receive them. We will do the same when shipping your consignment to you. We can also send you bi-weekly product status emails about your precious collection.
